  Transparency Note: OnAirAd is a professional content playback tool. While we do not collect traditional personal identity information (such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses), we process technical identifiers and usage data strictly necessary for the App's core functionality and reporting.

While using OnAirAd, we may collect certain information automatically to ensure reliable content delivery and performance monitoring:

Usage Data & Playback Logs: We track which content was played, timestamps, and duration. This is used to provide "Proof of Play" reports to the content administrator.
Device Health Information: We collect technical diagnostic data including device model, OS version, battery status, storage availability, and connectivity strength to ensure the device is functioning correctly for scheduled playback.
Identifiers: The App uses a unique device identifier or secure token to link the hardware to your ONAIRAD PUBLISHERS LLP management account.

2. Use of Data

The data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the playback Service.
To monitor the operational status of remote playback hardware.
To verify that scheduled content was successfully displayed (Analytics).

We retain technical data only for as long as necessary to provide playback reports to the account holder. Users or administrators may request the deletion of their device data at any time by contacting us at the email address provided below. Upon account termination, all associated logs are permanently purged from our active systems.

We may employ third-party cloud hosting providers to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your technical data only to perform storage and processing tasks on our behalf and are strictly obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The security of your data is a priority. All data transmission between the OnAirAd app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately from our servers.

OnAirAd requires the following permissions to operate as intended:

Internet Access: To download media content and sync playback statistics.
Storage: To store and cache media files locally for offline performance.
